How It All Started
My journey into wedding photography began when a friend asked me to photograph their wedding — even though I had never captured one before. I said yes, not realizing that single day would completely change my life.
From the moment I witnessed the emotions, the energy, and the once-in-a-lifetime moments that make up a wedding day, I was hooked. What started as one wedding quickly turned into a passion for documenting love stories and preserving memories that couples will treasure for generations.
Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of photographing weddings across Michigan and beyond, capturing everything from intimate backyard celebrations to elegant venue weddings.
And to this day, it still feels like an honor every single time someone trusts me with their story.

Every couple and every wedding day is different, which is why my approach focuses on storytelling rather than rigid posing.
While I’ll guide you when needed — especially during portraits — most of the day is documented naturally. This allows the real moments to unfold without interruption, resulting in images that feel genuine and full of emotion.
Some of the moments couples cherish the most are often the ones they didn’t even realize were happening — a quiet hug with a parent, a glance between newlyweds, laughter between friends, or a tearful reaction during the ceremony.
Those are the moments I’m always looking for.

With over a decade of experience photographing weddings, I’ve learned how to anticipate moments before they happen and document them in a way that feels natural and timeless.
Being a wedding photographer means so much more than simply taking photos. It means understanding timelines, navigating lighting in constantly changing environments, and knowing how to help couples feel relaxed in front of the camera.
My goal is to create an experience where you feel comfortable, supported, and free to simply enjoy your day — while I document every meaningful moment along the way.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs, experimenting with new sourdough recipes, or creating something fun on my Cricut.
I have a love for sunflowers, tattoos, cows, and horses — and honestly anything that lets me be creative.
Photography has always been one of my favorite ways to tell stories, but I also love photographing families and boudoir sessions, capturing confidence, connection, and meaningful moments in every stage of life.
I married my husband this past October, which gave me an even deeper appreciation for everything that goes into a wedding day. Experiencing it from the bride’s perspective made me even more passionate about documenting weddings with care, intention, and heart.
